The services of "WNC" can be engaged either through BEA Systems or through EPAM Systems (contact page for information)
1. Fixed Price & Time Projects
Projects with reasonably comprehensive requirements artefacts can be performed under
a fixed price, fixed time contract.

Inception and partial Elaboration phases are performed as T&M, against an initial
"Best Efforts" estimate -
A fixed price is agreed following the Inception

Efforts" is quantified transparently
2. Time & Materials
For clients with requirements that are not yet mature or stable, or are likely to
change frequently, services can be provided with hourly billing rates.
3. "DNC" – Dedicated NearSourcing Centre
Dedicated team managed within “WNC” exclusively for one client.
